Mayur Gaikwad filed complaint against Amazon NPCI BHIM SBI on Feb 4, 2020
I ordered a product from Amazon. After receiving I did transaction over NPCI BHIM App. Transaction was successful from my end but Amazon says they didn't receive. I contacted NPCI BHIM which replied transaction successful so contact merchant or receiver. Amazon declined and said contact bank. SBI said I used third party app which is NCPI BHIM, so SBI cannot help. Transaction was done on **.**.**** . Haven't received any refund even after stipulated time of * days.
