Ordered from Mednear and the order wasn't confirmed for * days. So I cancelled it, and was told that the money would go back into my Paytm account within *-** business days. Never got it back. Raised * tickets in their support system and guess what- their support system is broken. Your tickets will never show up in the tab. Wrote them an email, and still no reply. Cannot believe I lost close to *k INR over a scam.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
