Just Herbs - No refund issued after the parcel was returned to Just Herbs No reply from emails and phone calls

I made online purchase of few items from Just Herbs..on **th August,****. The parcel was out for delivery on *rd sept ****..when the delivery person came to deliver...I was not at home as I was in the flight where my phone was switched off. When I landed I saw the delivery persons message..I requested him to give my parcel to my neighbour next day.
But the parcel was returned to Just Herbs on *th sept ****..proof attached.
Now I am chasing this company for refund but their email id is inaccessible and they are not picking my phone calls.
No response on WhatsApp.
Very disappointing...regret buying products from them.
