Travolook in - No refund initiated for cancelled ticket

i had booked a ticket on **th dec ** from udaipur to bangalore. after waiting for half an hour i receiced a mail saying that the ticket PNR was not generated to to technical reasons and when i called to their customer care they said the refund will be initiated in ** hrs and i need to rebook the ticked, so i did the same and rebooked the ticked but the refund was not initiated from them even after ** days. i called them many time but only one answer i got is that the refund has been initiated and will be reflected within **-** days in my account, but still no sucess. they are not refunding my amount of Rs ****. the reference id is REF*********
