I had ordered * tops online on **th November.
*) They delivered * top after * months.
*) The other top came after nearly *.* months AFTER sending several emails. Received on **st January, ****.

After receiving the product, I instantly emailed them that I want to return it. After several days they reply saying to message on WhatsApp. On WhatsApp they say they provide size exchange only. I requested them that I do not want a size exchange or anything because I cannot wait another * months.
They keep sending me automated response. Also, I shipped their item back to them. I told them several times that I do not want an exchange but I want the refund on the top that came * MONTHS LATE. My event is already over.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! I want my money back. This company has been harassing me with only automated responses. I feel robbed and my hard earned money is gone in waste!
I had to pay *** inr additionally to have the item shipped from my pocket.
