*. I have placed an order No.**** at www.dentalbasket.in for an amount of Rs.***** (Rupees Forty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Five only) on ** Feb ** via Payumoney Transaction ID. ********* . Dental basket functions under Triodent Meditech India Pvt Ltd.

*. With no response from dentalbasket customer care for * days, I requested them to cancel the order and initiate refund on ** Feb **.

*. The status of payment in their website changed to “Cancelled Reversal” on ** Feb **, however, I didn’t receive any refund confirmation email from dental basket or Payumoney. And I checked the status on Payumoney and confirmed that dental basket have not initiated refund and I emailed them again on ** Feb ** requesting to initiate refund correctly.

*. On ** Feb **, Mr.Brajesh Kumar, CEO of dentalbasket sent me a quotation of Face Masks *ply Elastic Loop of significantly higher price and without any brand or certification. They also changed the price on their website from Rs.*** & *** to Rs.**** and **** respectively.

*. I mailed them on ** Feb ** giving SECOND reminder to initiate refund of my order.

*. On ** Feb **, I sent them THIRD reminder with bank details as they told that they are unable to issue refund with Payumoney.

After repeated reminders via phone calls, whatsapp and email dental basket have failed to initiate the refund in the last ** days. And now they are not responding or replying at all.

Now their website is not working.

Kindly take appropriate action for initiating the refund from dentalbasket.
