Gyan Milk - No refund for not supply of milk

I had been a regular subscriber of one litre full cream Gyan milk through home delivery. Gyan Milk company supplies milk at doorstep through home delivery to those subscribers who are maintaining balance in the wallet of Gyan Fresh app. On **.**.**** no milk was supplied to my house. I was having sufficient balance in my wallet. I complained to the company through Gyan Fresh app on **.**.**** but company did not supply me milk on that day and did not refund me cost of one litre full cream milk Rs.** in my wallet. It made only assurance that your complaint will be resolved soon. Thereafter I sent regular reminders through e mail and phone calls but amount of Rs.** is not refunded to me. Aggrieved I am filing this complaint.
