I am writing to inform you that I booked an air ticket with Flipkart travel for * May **** (New Delhi to Toronto). But due to Covid airlines flight became non-operational, I rescheduled and got a new date for * June. Next month in July as well flight became non-operational by airlines and got rescheduled for * July. Now again, airlines become non-operational till august. Now I want to cancel my booking and want a full refund because airlines mail me that I'm eligible to get a full refund. I have been trying to reach your team for the last ** days, but you Flipkart were giving me the scripted replies that my problem will resolve within ** hours, but no action has taken yet.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
