Handmade giftsz - No refund for fault product

I have order a art work from handmade_giftz.thry promised to send it by */*/****.The product reached at my residence on */*/****...a big disappointment.
After unpacking the courier the art work was broken.Thank God I had shooted the video before and during unpacking.
I shared the video to her,she said she will refund...it the same time I was sick so could not reply her back....but now she is refusing to refund
