undefined - No refund for damaged product

I have ordered a moon lamp gift on April **, **** over this Memorable*D seller from Instagram for my anniversary on *th May ****. Paid *** Rs. via Gpay and **** via Cash on delivery to Shiprocket Courier service (AWB no.: **************). Received the product on *th May **** in an uneven box and same has been conveyed to the dealer that the box is not in shape. I opened the same *th May and found out it was not working. Informed dealer about this and requested for a solution. Due to lockdown he requested to wait and finally after many heated conversation they agreed for replacement by **th June and asked us to send the product back through professional courier. I have sent it and after that there is not proper update from them till date. There is no sign of refund or replacement and they dont even care to reply for the messages and not picking the call. Please help with refund.
