I made a booking for * passengers from Chennai -> London
via lastminute.com. The flights were via Vistara and Virgin Atlantic.
The flights were cancelled and I got an email stating that lastminute.com will begin the refund process
with the airline(s).
It has been nearly * months since the cancelation and no refund has come through. The status on
lastminute.com says that the refund is in progress.
I have made several phone calls to their customer service but the response is always the same and
thatthey are waiting for response from airlines,
Virgin Atlantic has made it clear that the PNR/Ticket is with Vistara and only they can issue the refund. I have emailed and called Vistara several times but no update from their end. I need a resolution for this asap
