Pvr Cinemas Velachery - No Refund even after 2 weeks

On *th July, I bought popcorn & coke in interval of thr movie. I paid for it and money was deducted from my account but they didn't get confirmation as the machine was faulty so made me pay again. They told it'll be refunded within * working days but it's been * weeks since. Till not I DIDN'T RECEIVE REFUND. If this is the case how will people trust PVR.
I demand refund as I had to paid twice the amount that day. It's totally unacceptable.
