I have ordered two products a sunscreen and a lipbalm one product order is confirmed and other is not confirmed also and both are prepaid orders..its been past *-** days and yet there's no refund from the team as they mentioned which will be credited within a week
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
