I have booked e-ticket of train on * March,**** by ixigo mobile app. Journey from Lucknow(LKO) to Vindhyachal(BDL) on ** March,**** and return journey from Vindhyachal(BDL) to Lucknow(LKO) on ** March,****.I have reserved ** passengers in six tickets costing Rs.****. But the train got cancelled due to some reasons , so I cancelled all the six e-tickets. But I got no refund from ixigo, then I found myself cheated. ixigo is showing refund amount as Rs.* i.e."zero refund".
(LKO to BDL, Train No.-*****, Name- Triveni Exp SPL)
(BDL to LKO, Train No.-*****, Name-STKN TPU SPL)
Please , help me in getting my refund.
