Kurticlothing - No refund button please update your systems

I ordered a kurti one month ago... I recieved the kurti and I opened it to find something very very different from what I ordered because I ordered a kurti with dupatta and it was a beautiful red colour but what I recieved was a literal one piece till ankle length with some poor white fabric and black patterns on it i didn't like it at all first they scammed me with something very different and when I went to their site to refund the dress it showed I haven't even recieved the package yet! And no button of refund so I thought it's because maybe the system takes time to update the status do I waited **hrs actually a bit more than that and then checked the site again and it showed I have recieved the product but the payment of rs *,*** is still due! Even thi i paid it right on spot when I recieved it! It's a big scam and I want the refund
