Puranik rumah bali - No refund booking amount and token money

I had made a booking in puranik rumah bali for *bhk flat on ** feb **** and paid amount of *****, after that they told me that they will send an email with all booking details and i told them my rtgs is not working i will pay * lakh each day for rest of *% they agree the same i paid * lakh for two day but suddenly there is plan change in my. Office and i need to shift to my home town . And i ask them for refund but no reply neither in whtsapp nor call, please help me out
