Pelectronics Store - No refund and no package delivered

I show this site on Facebook. On Facebook, product price is showing only $*.**. There is no final price showing at the time of payment. When I paid by my credit card I got mail for $** Cyn. Payment deducts in * part **** + **** from my card. Sudden I shocked how can deduct $*.** in Indian rupees. Same time I send a mail to cancel my order on a daily basis. But no one reply to my mail. Still, I did not get my order also.
