Naval Kishor Sharma filed complaint against Tees lion on Feb 14, 2021
I had placed order for * items amounting Rs. *** and amount has been deducted from my account. Payment was successfully done through bhim to upi id razor.pay@upi at *:** pm on **-**-****.
But I haven't recieved any message about the success of my order. The website was showing no order placed.
I got a mail from them the next day saying please complete your order. So I reordered the same items the next day. This time order was confirmed, again Rs. *** deducted , but no news of where the ordered items are.
I want complete refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
