On ** August, i ordered a bag (Order ID: #LAV********) worth Rs.**** (prepaid). The estimated delivery time was *-* days. However till ** August the order was not dispatched, So After trying to connect with customer support and getting no response, i decided to cancel the order. To my utter disbelief , even after cancelling the order there was no update about refund for the same. i have been trying to get in touch with customer support via call/email but in vain.
I never expected this from Lavie which proclaims to be a great brand.
i would suggest anyone reading this to never buy products from Lavie website.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
