Weatherseal uPVC Windows India - No refund after order cancellation for nondelivery

**-Jun-** — My interactions started with Sharath R from Weatherseal, Nungambakkam, Chennai
**-Jun-** — My requirements were shared in writing
**-Jul-** — First quote received from them was just copy-pasted and full of mistakes.
**-Jul-** — Next quote which was also full of mistakes.
**-Jul-** — Visited showroom and not a single sample of a door or window available.
**-Jul-** — Gave corrections in writing on top of their handwritten notes
**-Jul-** — Next quote received; made revisions to reduce cost
**-Jul-** — Next quote received.
**-Jul-** — Made NEFT payment of **,***/- to Weatherseal Fenestration as per the bank details given in the proposal. Was subsequently told that they were routing the order via another company Basheera Hardwares and Electricals.
**-Jul-** — Made NEFT payment of **,***/- to Basheera Hardwares and Electricals.
**-Aug-** — Requested for my issue to be escalated
**-Aug-** — **,***/- returned by Weatherseal
**-Aug-** — Made NEFT of **,***/- to Basheera Hardwares and Electricals
**-Aug-** — Final measurements taken
**-Aug-** — Final quote received full of careless mistakes and mix-up of information. Asked then to review before sending to correct the obvious mistakes they made - no response. Even dimensions of window were incorrect!
**-Aug-** — Requested to cancel the order and get my money back.
**-Sep-** — Did not close out even after I pointed out all the mistakes they introduced in the last ’Final’ quote. Therefore repeated my request to cancel the order and get my money back.

Sent emails and requests on **-Sep, **-Oct, **-Oct, **-Oct, **-Nov, **-Nov, **-Nov and *-Dec >> Standard reply that they will get in touch with the concerned team and revert.
