99 rpm bajaj - No refund after not delivering my order

I ordered * items but their delivery partner didn't delivered it and even denied me from taking it from their warehouse even after visiting them twice and now ** rpm has initiated refund in their wallet saying it can be used for future deliveries and they are not responsible for any delivery issue. That too they deducted *** rupees from it. I want my money in my bank if they can't take responsibility why would i even order it from them
