Ebix Travel Private Limited - No refund after no e tickets delivered

I got * tickets booked for an amount of Rs. ****/- through BHIM from my saving account.The transaction status on BHIM app showed APPROVED . But, no e- ticket came. In the case of transaction of air tickets, got remarks as OidPRL*A***M*L********@ebistravelsprivatelimited . I contacted bank several times, but at last , the reply was that SBI cannot refund as the amount is transferred to the account of ebis travel pvt.ltd. . I have the lettrer to SBI, transaction status and history. Many times, i have submitted the complaints through your refund website. Now finally, i am trying this. Next step will be Court.
