Travolook in - No refund after more than month

My air ticket booking was cancelled from travolook on * June **** and after one month still I am waiting for my refund.
Contacted them via email, support number and everytime they are giving only reply as - refund is initiated and amount will credit in *-** working days. Seems this is very common practice by them to hold such amount because there are so many complaints and feedback/ reviews from other as well in tweeter and other social media sites.
Please help me to get my money back from them.
