House Of Lehengas Customer Care - No refund

Hi ,
Order No HOL************ .Item received was different from what shown in their website ,Hence requested for return on the same day of delivery.Got a reply saying it has to be sent by the customer only and there is no pick up also refund will be given to HOL wallet only and not through other mode .
Finally I sent the courier by myself and sent the courier acknowledgment to HOL mail .But since then there is no reply and also their website is not working .
Amount to be refunded : *** product charges + ** courier = *** /-
