Voda Idea Limited - No rechrage even after filing the complaint

Even after filing a complaint five days ago my complaint is unheard. I recharged my vodafone SIM no. ********** with Rs. ***/- on **-**-****. Even after five days I have no incoming/out going service on my phone. The order number of this recharge is- PRE**************** dated **-**-****. Even now on dialing it says your outgoing/incoming services are inoperative due to no recharge. Correct the mistake at the earliest.
