Coversdeal - No receipt of payment and no tracking record

We ordered two covers, and now it is showing no orders in my account. Also, I haven't recieved any tracking details. Moreover, there customer care number is switched off since last * Days.
Further, when we tried contacting them over mail, they blocked us, which made us a little curious.
Delivery was supposed to be done by today, but I haven't recieved a single information yet.
