Red Crate - No provision for refund

I ordered for arc portable air conditioner last week. I tried to contact them many times for a refund but they didn't revert my mail and the number given on the site was wrong. It means we have no provision to contact them. This is such a fraud company please don't buy anything from here. As either you receive a product in bad quality when you opt for COD or you never receive a product if you have made payment already.
Redcrate if you have some courtesy please refund my money (Rs ****) and take you the useless product back.
