Club Resorto - No providing proper service

I enrolled in a **-year membership with Club Resorto by paying ₹*.* lakhs along with an Annual Maintenance Fee of ₹*,***. At the time of joining, I was assured that the membership would include stays at *- and *-star hotels with premium or suite rooms and complimentary breakfast worldwide.
However, during booking, I was informed of additional exchange fees for international stays, and that breakfast would not be provided. Later, I was told that even domestic bookings would not include breakfast, and the hotels offered were only *- or *-star with basic rooms, which is completely contrary to the original promise.
Additionally, the Relationship Managers assigned to us keep changing frequently, and whenever we request a specific option, we are simply told that it is not available, without any proper explanation or alternatives.
Despite raising these concerns multiple times, I have received no response from the company. I request that my membership be cancelled and the full amount of ₹*.* lakhs be refunded.
