I purchased Broadband internet from Hathway service provider. WEF **/**/****. My a/c No is **********. I was promised *** mbps speed for ₹***/- per month and was asked to pay for * months in advance. That is ₹****/- accordingly I paid ₹ ****/- for * months subscription & Hathway people came to my premises & installed connection. But from the day *, I am getting speed of less than ** mbps as against ***mbps speed. Which is very slow for my day to day business. I complained several times but nothing has been done so far. Even I complained to appellant authorities but nobody is bothered to address my issue. Hence this complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
