V Bheemakrishna Naik filed complaint against Revolt motors on Feb 20, 2024
I had purchased Revolt RV*** on Oct, ****. On **.**.**** its first servicing was done. On **.**.**** there is a problem to start with remote, i left my vehicle at my office and came next day i.e. **.**.**** then also the same issue. I called showroom person and she sent a video to repair and repaired it with local bike mechanic and asked showroom person to repair. He replied, 'at present tools/ equipment is not available and no home repairs are allowed'. After * days i had called the showroom and asked for repair, he said that we will inform you once the required tools are available. Today i.e. **.**.****, i called the showroom and they gave slot on **.**.**** that too particularly from **** AM to **** AM. I said that i am an employee and i have office, can i come pre lunch or post lunch as **PM to *PM or *PM to *PM. She insisted that i will be there by **** AM to **** AM only. Otherwise they didnt repair. What kind of nonsense is this.
