Express news courior company - No proper revert

I got a message from expressbees courior company that you will get your delever on **.**.**** and when i called executive at * PM He said by mistaken taken my delevery but address doesn't come under zone so he will not delever
When i asked for location he was * km away *min but still he didn't delever and then he abused me saying i am not coming get lost and many more

Next day again **th i got message again but still not get the delevery

And when i asked with courior company as well as tata clue they said that we have already attempt * time but there was no res
Totally lie
And because of that i missed my company deal because i ordered formula shoes and they have not delevered after i get deleverey message also
