I have bought "**" inch Led tv of Videocon from Croma with * years amc from Videocon through tek care Pvt ltd centre, Bahyander east and still there are * months pending to finish AMC. I have logged a complaint at Croma and immediate action has been taken. Service centre person came to my place and taken service charges for repairing my TV. Now it is one and a half month but there is no reply from their side. When I asked the service centre person Mr Rakesh ********** he is always giving the refusing reply to me. Even I tried to contact their senior Mr Rajesh Dave **********. He never picked up my phone. Please request you to solve my problem or give me an alternate option.
