Booked a flight on *th June'** from Ranchi to Mumbai travelling date being **th June'**, but the booking didn't get confirmed and Flipkart shared an email stating that the update on the confirmation will be given by *:** PM if the same day (*th June'**)
No update came till *:**, so I dropped an email asking about the update for which I didn't receive any update. So waiting for few more hours I contacted the customer support department where they informed me that the booking has been cancelled and the payment has been auto processed. So I asked them to share the same information over email but they straight away denied and till date I have shared three emails asking the same but none of them are reverted till now.
Upon calling again the second executive is narrating the same story but no one is ready to give a written communication
Upon asking to connect with higher officials,they would just keep the call on hold for more.than ** mins.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
