Indian Testing Board - No proper communication providing the exam

Pearson and ITB are very bad communicators. They does not provide proper response why they are unable to provide the exam especially the senior manager(Pravesh Pugalia).he does not listen candidates problem simply this the procedure you need to follow thats what they tell. There is no concern about the candidates they are looting the money from the candidates. In ITB website they are providing re take exam fees **** for take exam from home if we take through pearson we need to pay ****. They think the candidates are really fools. If you does not guys provide me a proper solution they going to face worst scenarios in their life time.
