Akhil Sugunan filed complaint against Panasonic India on May 7, 2026
I ordered an AC from Panasonic website on **th April **** and I have not received any update on delivery of my product . The status on website shows as processing since the date I ordered. The number provided by their call center for sales grievance is mostly switched off and sometimes when it is active no one answers. I also sent emails to them but no one responds. I raised complaints * times at their call center but they said they don’t help with sales issues and only said they will escalate to relevant department but no one has followed up or called till date. I feel cheated by this company. I have registered complaints with them * times bit they did not give me any complaint reference number for the same but only giving false promises of someone calling back or emailing me. Please do not deal with Panasonic India. The company called Ultron Commerce Limited that manages Panasonic India is pathetic at managing customer sales grievances. I am beginning to think it is a fraud company and whats worse is that Panasonic India does not seem to give a crap about anything.in spite of messaging them additionally on their Instagram and Linked In pages requesting for help.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
