The order for product Redmi Note * Pro (Black, ** GB) was placed by me on flipkart.com paying an amount Rs. **,*** and following are the order details.
Order ID - OD******************(* item)
Order Date - Wednesday, June *th '**** **:** PM
Total Amount - Rs. **,*** through Debit card
Flipkart promised that the product will be delivered on or before Friday, June *th '****. The status of the product was displayed as "Shipped" and also it had also reached the nearest hub. The product was not delivered on Friday, June *th '****. I have contacted the flipkart customer care through their toll free number and they stated that their was some issue and the product will be delivered by Saturday, June *th '****.
The product was not delivered even on Saturday. I have been regularly contacting about the product delivery but the response by the customer care executives was always stated the same reason and they forced me to wait till Wednesday, June **th '****. Today(Wednesday, June **th '****), an executive from Flipkart.com called me saying that the issue is still not resolved and the order will be cancelled by the seller. He did not mention what was the reason behind the issue and asked me to place a new order again. After making me wait for more than *days, they said the order will be cancelled asked me to place a new order and the money I spent on the first order is not refunded. They are mentally harassing me for past one week and they never gave any proper update on my product or my money.
