I have purchased gift vouchers worth ****Rs. On your website. Order ids are ***** and *****. They have mentioned instant delivery on email but no delivery was made. They aren't responding to emails. No customer care number is available. This is really disappointing and the amount is very high for someone like me. I want my money back or I'll have to report this to cyber crime and make you pay more.
