Telangana Grameena Bank - No person is in bank during working hours

I want to raise complaint against Telangana grameena Bank of Gajularamaram branch, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, Telangana.As per law there must be atleast one employee during working hours for people.But ,here no one is in bank during working hours.We are in emergency for bank help ,but there is no person to take action.
So, I kindly request you to take necessary action
