Sanjay Gandhi filed complaint against KFC restaurant on Dec 28, 2023
On November **, ****, I placed an order at KFC, which unfortunately was not delivered due to late hours. Despite rescheduling the order for the next day, it was once again undelivered. After numerous failed attempts to resolve this matter through customer support, I was informed that the order would be canceled from their end.
What followed was an exasperating wait of **-** days with no communication regarding the refund. Despite my persistent follow-ups – a staggering ** times – I was assured of a call back from the restaurant, which never materialized.
During my **th attempt to seek a resolution, the restaurant denied any record of the order. This discrepancy between support team and the restaurant was utterly unacceptable. And later they said they will provide the refund but no refund is done its been a month
