Hello, I ordered * items from nurserylive.com worth rs **** on *th September. But never received it. even if you can se this tracking links of order products they are in dwarka **/** branch. haven't been delivered at my address

I tried their customer care number but was not reachable. I started communicating through email but even after several email attempts . neither there is a refund nor a delivery of product.
Attaching email thread and screenshots in attached as proof. Kindly help me get a refund.
