Sir, Mera Mpokket ka loan amount *** approx & due date **th Feb. **th Feb tak no massage no notification aur inlogoka apo bhi thik se kaam nehi karta hai, automatically close ho jata hai. Isiliye cheak nehi kar paya. Aur sir kaam bhi karta repayment date bhi yaad nehi tha, lekin massage aa jat atoh kar dete payment. **th Feb ko inlogose repayment ka massage aya with ** penalty. Ye massage ye loog **th Feb/**th Feb nehi vej sakte the? Ye loog jaanbujh k ayse karte hai. Jo reminder massage **th Feb ko vej raha hai wohi reminder massage **th Feb ko bhi vej sakta hai. But ye loog vejega nehi.
Mail pe likh diya ** Waiveoff ho jayega but call pe nah bol raha hai...
