MHONLUMO NGULLIE filed complaint against New Balance india online store on Jan 7, 2021
I ordered a shoe on *rd Jan **** from the website newbalanceindiastore.in amounting to Rs. ****.**, I did not receive any email from them regarding the Order placed etc. There is also no reply from their customer care and it looks like its a fake website and there are so many people complaining against it. There are also so many complains against this site on the official new balance twitter handle, but new balance doesn't seems to be doing anything about it..
How do we go about this problem and is there any chances of recovering the money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
