I took the hathway connection in july **** because of online teaching.
I should tell you the company is just giving false promises after taking the money for connection.
Their customer service is so poor n pathetic. The modem they provide is of such poor plastic quality.
Totally disappointed with the number of follow ups i am doing coz my hard earned money is stuck with this company.
