Travk look in - No money refund

I had booked a flight from Mumbai to Goa in the month of September through travolook.in within a few minutes of online payment I received a call from Travolook.in call center saying the ticket cannot be booked as the airline is not accepting the PNR. I requested them to then cancel my booking and refund my money. They agreed to that verbally and told me it will take * to ** days to do so. It’s been over a month today and no refund has been done. Called them again and they said there was a technical difficulty and it will take another * to ** days for the refund. They clearly have no intention to refund the money and are simply duping innocent consumers. Please help getting the refund from Travook.in and hope this complaint reaches many people as an example to bot fall in the trap of such dubious companies.
