India bulls dhani finance - No money in my Wallet and asked me to make the complete payment

I was Offered Dhani Credit Line wallet for INR **,*** which I could use to pay my bills, I was only able to use around **** for the first few days later it use to ask me to add amount to the wallet in order to use it, later the EMI started getting deducted and then they asked to pay the complete amount of INR ***** which if not paid use to show as negative in CIBIL, I had to pay the complete amount and still its not closed.
