Kelasa - No interview call arranged

The person named Micheal said they have interviews lined up from day one of enrolment but post enrolment, there is no call at all. When asked to refund the money, they are using abusive languages and stating that it’s * months validity.when I said I will complain in social media and make people aware and inform police about such harassment’s, he is threatening me of his lawyer.How can he use abusive language to clients by taking our enrolment fees.now he is calling me two three time for justification.
