Akash Dixit filed complaint against Idea on Aug 8, 2020
Since * August ****, I'm not able to access the internet. My number is of Maharashtra Circle and right now I'm on roaming.
I'm filing my complain again and again on the number ***(customer service contact number) but they didn't take any action. I'm facing this problem very frequently. I'm trying to filing complain regarding my problem but customer care executives are misbehaving on the call.
I followed all the instructions that they told me like manual setting of APN, removing SIM Card, turn OFF/ON the phone etc.
On **/**/****, I got the call from the number
+************ and he told me that my problem has been resolved but I got no solution yet. On **/**/****, I went to Vodafone mini store at (***/***, KaushalPuri Gumti No.* Near Sant Nagar Chouraha, kanpur, Uttar Pradesh ******) regarding my problem but they told me that Vodafone and Idea is separate and you have to go to an idea store for your problem. But everyone knows the fact that they are same company now.
On **/**/****, I got a call from the number +************ . But she's also unable to solve my problem.
They provided me so many complain reference number like MNG-l***********, MNG-l
***********, MNG-l***********, MNG-l***********, MNG-l********** with different timeline and till this time all the given timelines are over but still I'm not getting my services. I'm on *G network since three days so they're saying I'm using the internet then what's the matter. I have paid for *G services not for *G services.
I have done recharge for ** days in which * days I have lost and this happens in every month.
I'm a engineering student. Due to this pandemic all my classes and exams are occurring online. In last three days, I missed all my classes online practice test everything. These classes and exams are very important for me because these are being evoluted by the University and I'm losing all this due to poor network facility provided by Idea.
