I have unable getting internet connection for ** days, i have mailed on may**, may **, may **, and may **, but the issue is not solved. I have to call them everyday on their customer service but they would say that "complaint is in progress". On may ** Engineer from gtpl visited my house and said they would need extra one day to repair the internet but it has been ** days since and they have not yet solved the issue
