Tejus Kishore filed complaint against Dominos Zomato on Jan 9, 2021
On *th Jan ****, around **:** am, I had ordered a medium Pizza from Domino's through Zomato. Later it got cancelled because they couldn't contact me on my phone and their public phone number was out of service so even Zomato couldn't reach them when it got very late. After all this, I talked to a staff from the outlet and he told me I will be refunded in *days.
But there is no way for me to know the status of my refund. I didn't get any message or mail or any kind of official confirmation about the refund. All I have is the verbal affirmation of the employee and no other way to confirm that a refund is in process.
Do I keep waiting or is there some other way to confirm??
