Womengarments store - No information regarding order status after order placed and money takes

I recently placed an order on womengarments and I have been trying to contact the vendor for the last * days but there's no response from them. This e-com website uses facebook and instagram ads to get buyers. It accepts only online payment And After an order is placed it does not give any further update about the order. This is a scam.
